Finca San Luis, located in Ataco, Ahuachapan near Santa Ana volcano, spans 25 hectares at 1280–1400 meters altitude. The farm is heavily planted with Bourbon cultivar, with some Sarchimor and Ethiopian Rume Sudan varieties processed separately. This dry-processed coffee features rustic fruit notes with deep, low-toned bittersweetness, low acidity, and thick body. Tasting notes include plum wine, dried date, dark cocoa, and Brazil nut.
Lily & Willy's Coffee Co. is a family run specialty roaster founded in late 2022 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, named after the founders' children. The company roasts fresh for every order rather than building up inventory, sourcing premium single origin beans from Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Peru, Ethiopia, Guatemala, India, and El Salvador. The operation is deliberately small scale, with recent expansion into a local retail shelf at Shores Meat Shoppe marking a first step beyond direct to consumer online sales. The founders built the business with a long term vision of eventually opening their own café.
