About This Coffee

A natural-processed Arabica coffee from Finca El Paraíso in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, grown on the slopes of the Ilamantepec Volcano at 1375–1708 meters altitude. The farm spans approximately 77 hectares and is managed in its second generation by Salvador and Monica Gross. Shade-grown under native Inga trees, the Pacamara variety cherries ripen slowly in nutrient-rich sandy loam soils. Roasted as a filter coffee, it offers notes of raspberry, cranberry, and mandarin.
