This coffee comes from Finca El Cerro, a farm with a legacy of 5 generations of Salvadoran coffee producers with over 150 years of coffee cultivation. Located in the Apaneca Llamatepec mountain range at 1300 meters altitude. The farm processes their coffee in their own small ecological mill since 2016. The variety is Anacafe, processed using the natural method. Flavor profile features notes of black currant, blackberry, and maple syrup.
