This coffee comes from Finca El Pezote near La Palma in Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown at about 1,900 meters. It is a Pacamara variety processed as a washed lot with anaerobic fermentation. Tasting notes list jasmine, caramel and exotic fruit. The lot is roasted to a medium level and is offered as a single-origin specialty Cup of Excellence selection.
