El Salvador Finca Santa Maria, Natural
Tad Coffee CompanyAbout This Coffee
This coffee is from El Salvador, specifically the Santa Ana region, grown at 1200-1350 meters above sea level. Produced by the Alvarez Family at Finca Santa Maria, this is a natural-processed Red Bourbon variety. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil and dried slowly under the sun, the coffee features flavor notes of fresh plum, berry jam, and black tea. The Alvarez Brothers are fourth-generation coffee producers who own their own mills, giving them greater control over quality.
