About This Coffee

A single-origin Pacamara from Finca Santa Rosa (Raul Rivera) in San Ignacio, Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown at 1500–1650m. The lot is washed-processed and roasted light, producing bright, fruit-forward cups with pineapple and orange acidity, yellow peach sweetness, grapefruit fruit character and a lingering syrupy aftertaste. Roast level and tasting profile suit filter and espresso preparations.
