About This Coffee

A single-origin washed coffee from El Salvador, sourced from the Ochupse farm (producer Mauricio Escalon) in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, grown at 1,250 metres above sea level. The coffee features Bourbon and Pacas varieties. The washed process delivers clean, transparent flavour notes of chocolate truffle, hazelnut, and red apple — sweet and balanced with a hint of acidity. Omni-roasted, suited for filter methods (pour-over, V60, AeroPress, French Press, batch brew) as well as espresso and moka pot.
