A single-origin coffee from La Gloria farm in El Salvador, farmed by Luis Rodriguez. The farm is just under 3 hectares and has been producing specialty coffee since 2009. The coffee is a Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. It features gentle acidity, fruity sweetness, and a soft mouthfeel.
Founded by Colin Harmon, 3fe (Third Floor Espresso) has been a trailblazer in the Irish specialty coffee scene since 2009. Starting from a small setup in a nightclub lobby, they have grown into a world-renowned roastery and café, known for their relentless focus on quality, transparency, and education.
