A single-origin coffee from La Gloria farm in El Salvador, farmed by Luis Rodriguez. The farm is just under 3 hectares and has been producing specialty coffee since 2009. The coffee is a Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. It features gentle acidity, fruity sweetness, and a soft mouthfeel.
