This single-origin Pacamara from La Mina farm in La Palma, Chalatenango, El Salvador is produced by the Familia Díaz (William, Renato and Santos). Grown at about 1,600 m and processed with a honey method, it offers pronounced fruit sweetness and a syrupy character. Tasting notes list green apple, passion fruit, guava, plum, tropical fruit and honey, producing a bright, juicy cup with layered sweetness.
