This single-origin coffee is produced at Finca Las Mercedes in El Salvador. It features the Pacamara variety, a hybrid of Maragogipe and Pacas. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process, where cherries are fermented in barrels without oxygen for 90 hours before being dried on raised beds. The resulting cup offers a complex flavor profile with notes of fresh lime, ripe strawberry, sweet citrus, tart cranberry, and warm nutmeg. It is characterized by a full body and a bright, clean finish.
