This coffee from El Salvador is produced by the Menendez family farm, managed by Miguel Menendez Sr. alongside his sons Miguel Jr. and Guillermo across three generations. The family handles the entire production chain from cherry picking to export, including washing, fermenting, drying, sorting, packing, and exporting with full control and transparency. The coffee has a creamy sweet character with flavor notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and orange. It is 100% Arabica and comes in a 250g package.
