A single-origin Pacamara from Finca Santa Rosa (Raul Rivera) in San Ignacio, Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown at 1450–1600 m. The lot is washed-processed and roasted light, showcasing bright citrus acidity and floral sweetness. Tasting notes include grapefruit, blood orange, honey, black tea and a lingering milk chocolate finish. Suitable for espresso and filter preparations.
