El Tambo is an espresso blend combining Guatemala and Brazil coffees. The blend features flavor notes of dark cherry, chocolate, honey, and brown sugar, with a medium dark roast profile suitable for espresso preparation.
Leif Sung An and Clifford Park founded Stereoscope Coffee in Los Angeles in 2013, driven by the belief that coffee is about more than tasting profiles and processing methods. They roast on a Probat P12 out of a warehouse in the Arts District, seeking out distinctive varieties and processing techniques that tell a story. Their approach uses the platform of specialty coffee to build fair, lasting relationships with producers while creating experiences that go beyond the cup. Stereoscope has been featured in the SCA Coffee Design Awards for its visual identity and packaging.
