El Tractor is a specialty coffee blend sourced from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. The coffee is blended from three medium roasted washed Arabica beans. It features flavors of pure chocolate, caramelized almonds, and a twist of lime with a powerful aroma and full body. The coffee has low bitterness and a winey aftertaste. It has an SCA grading of 85 points and is certified as Specialty coffee.

Founded by a Dutch cycling fan, the roastery travels to cycling events in a converted fire engine to serve coffee.
