About This Coffee

El Triunfo is a naturally processed Bourbon variety from El Triunfo farm in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, grown at 1,850–1,950 meters altitude by the Enciso Franco family. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, the cherries were floated to remove defects, then fermented whole in aerobic conditions and slow-dried on raised beds. The coffee features notes of ripe banana, guava, and grape with vibrant, fruit-forward character and bright acidity.
