Alight Coffee is a Penang based specialty roaster committed to sourcing beans that score 82 points or above on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. The roastery supplies two of its own locations in Bukit Mertajam and Georgetown while serving a growing number of partners across the region. Every selection undergoes rigorous evaluation before being roasted to highlight its origin character, with offerings rotating between single origins from Ethiopia, Central America, and Brazil alongside signature blends. The team's mission centers on immersing the local community in quality coffee, making specialty accessible without compromising on standards. Alight pairs its coffee program with an in house waffle kitchen, creating a distinctive experience that draws both coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors.
