About This Coffee

This is a natural processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, Grade 3. The cherries are carefully sorted and floated to remove underripe and defective fruit, then dried on African raised beds for 12 to 15 days for slow, even drying that enhances sweetness and body. The coffee features fruity, wine-like profiles with vibrant acidity, black tea, winey, nutty, and stone fruit notes. Roasted to a light to medium level.
