This 60/40 Arabica-Robusta blend brings together washed coffees from Brazil's Fazenda Rainha in Minas Gerais and Colombia's Nariño region with naturally processed Robusta from Uganda's ACPCU cooperative. The Brazilian component grows at 1600 m, while the Colombian lots span 1500 to 2100 m across Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Típica varieties. The Robusta adds body and drives the blend's thick, velvety crema, while the dark roast pulls roasted hazelnut and dark chocolate character from the Arabica base. Low acidity and structured sweetness keep the cup balanced despite its intensity.
