About This Coffee

Eratoi is a naturally processed coffee from Timor Leste, a region not commonly known for natural processing methods. This coffee was produced in collaboration with Bells Beans. The cup features prominent nectarine notes followed by subtle tea characteristics and deeper fruit flavors reminiscent of blackcurrant (Ribena). Omni roasted, this coffee is designed to perform well in both filter brewing methods and as a fruit-forward espresso.
