This coffee is from the Esmeril farm in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, grown by Maria Bernardete and her husband at approximately 1200 meters altitude. It is a Topazio variety processed using the natural method. This micro lot features sweet and smooth characteristics with flavor notes of nougat, vanilla, and white peach.
