This is Bergstrands' darkest espresso blend, combining 30% robusta beans from Tanzania with 70% high-altitude arabica beans from Honduras, Colombia, and Indonesien. The robusta provides earthy tones that are enhanced by the acidic and floral notes of the arabica. The blend offers flavors of dark chocolate with a finely balanced acidity.
