This organic specialty coffee is sourced from the Finca Negrisa farm in the Chanchamayo region of Peru, grown at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,800 meters. It is a 100% Arabica Typica variety that has been washed and processed on the farm. The coffee is roasted to a medium level, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied espresso with deep flavor notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and almond. It is certified organic and has achieved an SCA cupping score of 84 points.
