The cup profile features notes of caramel, chocolate, and orange blossom, with an elegant and expressive character that reflects both tradition and innovation with layers of sweetness, balance, and clarity.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
