This Ethiopian coffee is washed processed and features flavor notes of orange, tangerine, lemon, and caramel. The coffee offers bright citrus characteristics with sweet caramel undertones.
Coffeentalk opened its first location in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter in November 2018, combining specialty roasting with an in house bakery. The company roasts weekly at a dedicated warehouse facility in Santee, where customers at the adjoining cafe can watch the process firsthand. All pastries and baked goods are produced daily alongside the coffee, and the menu spans craft roasted espresso drinks, cold brew, and seasonal specialties. Sourcing focuses on organic beans from farms worldwide, and the vertically integrated model keeps roasting, baking, and retail under one roof. Three San Diego locations now operate across downtown, Broadway, and Santee.
