This is a washed coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced by outgrowers surrounding the Gute Washing Station. The coffee is a Landrace varietal with distinctive tasting notes of green tea, Meyer lemon, and yuzu. The cup profile features a bright, clean citrus character reminiscent of high-quality Sencha green tea with delicate jasmine floral undertones.

New coffee drops are released every Sunday, roasted and shipped fresh.
