No. Six Depot Coffee Roasters

Lisa Landry and Flavio Lichtenthal established No. Six Depot Coffee Roasters in July 2013 within the Berkshires oldest train station, built in 1834, converting the historic structure into a roastery and cultural space. The vintage Probat roaster from the 1960s anchors their operation, roasting batches of no more than 12 kilograms to maintain meticulous control over every roast. Landry and Lichtenthal travel two to three months annually to coffee growing countries, sourcing exclusively hand picked, organically grown, shade grown coffees that reflect their environmental values. Recognition from The Guardian as a Top International Travel Find in 2016 and selection as a finalist for the Martha Stewart American Made Awards acknowledge their contribution to specialty coffee culture.
