About This Coffee

A natural processed coffee from the Aramo Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe Highlands, Aricha district, Ethiopia. Sourced from various smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1950–2150 meters. The variety is Ethiopia Heirloom. After only the ripest cherries are picked, they are sun-dried on African beds for 15–20 days and turned regularly for even drying. Roasted as a filter coffee with flavor notes of blue grape, rose, and strawberry.
