A washed single-origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, processed at the Mulecha Mugida washing station. The Kurume variety is grown at 1,927–1,943 meters above sea level and hand-picked during October–January harvest. Beans are fermented for 36–48 hours and dried for 18 days on raised beds. The cup profile is clean, complex, and intensely floral with juicy, tea-like qualities and notes of strawberry.
