This coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia at 1800 meters altitude. It is an organically grown heirloom arabica variety processed using the natural method, where ripe cherries are sun-dried on raised African beds for 12-15 days. The coffee presents a distinctive flavor profile with notes of peach, strawberry, tropical fruit, and citrus candy. The beans are harvested between November and December and imported by Covoya.
