Ethiopia Banko Gotiti is a natural processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, specifically from the Worka area at 1600-2300 meters elevation. The coffee is produced by the Banko Gotiti cooperative, featuring Ethiopian Heirloom varieties. This naturally processed coffee offers flavor notes of berries, milk chocolate, jammy character, blueberry jam, and ripe peach, with winey raspberry hints emerging as it cools.
