This coffee is from the Banko Tatatu washing station in Ethiopia, a new acquisition by partners in 2024. The coffee is processed using the classic natural method, producing a distinctive cup profile that differs from typical natural Ethiopian coffees. Instead of the usual bright fruitiness, this batch showcases richer, fermented notes with a subtle, alcohol-like character. The washed station is located in one of Ethiopia's renowned coffee-growing regions.
