West Berkshire Roastery

Founded in 2014, West Berkshire Roastery emerged from a single coffee van and an obsession with solving the eternal mystery of why office coffee tastes so dismal. Their roasting philosophy centers on high-airflow techniques that 99% of roasters don't employ, coupled with rigorous lab testing for pesticides and mycotoxins—a rare commitment to purity in the specialty coffee world. From their Berkshire headquarters, where Bertie the black Labrador maintains quality control with his "paw of approval," they've built a direct-trade model that prioritizes transparency while crafting chocolatey, caramel-forward profiles that defy the industry's obsession with bright, fruity notes.
