This is a single-origin Ethiopian coffee from Bensa region, produced by Bekele Utute at his Kokose farm site purchased in 2021. The coffee is made from 74158 Heirloom variety beans grown at 2,300 meters elevation and processed using anaerobic natural method. Bekele Utute obtained his export license in 2021 and exclusively produces dry processed coffees including traditional naturals and anaerobics. The coffee is described as a fruit bomb with notes of huckleberry, raspberry, and jam.
