This coffee is from the Buku Abel farm in the West Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2200–2350 meters. It is produced by smallholder farmers in the Buku village and processed at the Buku washing station. The coffee features locally developed varieties that are handpicked, sorted, and dried on raised beds. The flavor profile includes notes of chamomile, lemon verbena, and cacao.
