This coffee is produced by 495 smallholder farmers around the Chelbesa village in the Gedeo Zone, Ethiopia. It is processed by SNAP Specialty Coffee in their wet mill located in the Danche hamlet. The Yirgacheffe variety is grown at altitudes between 1,950 and 2,300 meters above sea level. The coffee is processed as a traditional natural and sun-dried on raised beds for 28 to 35 days after meticulous sorting. Flavor notes include ripe stonefruit, hazelnut, and sugarcane juice.
