A single-origin coffee from Lalesa, Gedeb, Ethiopia, grown at 2150–2200 meters altitude by various producers. The variety is 100% native Arabica, processed naturally and dried on raised beds for 12–15 days under indigenous shade trees including Ensete Ventricosum. It features a fruity and floral profile with notes of peach, strawberry, Ethiopian honey, apricot liqueur, coffee blossom, and caramel, with persistent sweetness, juicy acidity, and a creamy body.
