This coffee is a single origin from Ethiopia, specifically from the Sidamo region at 1950 meters altitude. It is produced on Daniso Horise's family farm, where only the ripest berries are hand-picked and dried on elevated beds for 15-22 days using the natural process. The coffee is made from Heirloom variety beans. The flavor profile features passion fruit, kiwi, sweet ripe berries, and milk chocolate.
