It is a natural processed lot using an Ultra Low Oxygen method, identified as the Kurume variety, Lot 2. The coffee displays the beloved characteristics of the Yirgacheffe region. Coffee from this area accounts for over 90% of total income for local farming families, reflecting its economic and cultural importance.
