Ethiopia Fahem is a washed coffee from the Oromia Regional State, specifically the Atnago/Limmu Seka district in the Jimma Zone, grown at 1800–2010 m.a.s.l. It is produced by the Atnago farmers group, which organizes 754 outgrower farmers. The varieties are 74110, 74112, 74148, and 75227. The cup profile features bright acidity with flavor notes of Concorde pear, baked quince, crème brûlée, vanilla, and clementine. Roasted as an omni profile, balanced for both espresso and filter extractions.
