This is a Gesha 1931 single-origin coffee from Ethiopia's Bench Maji region, specifically from Geisha Village's Surma block at 1,909-2,063 meters altitude. The variety is Gesha 1931, selected from wild trees in the Gori Gesha Forest for characteristics resembling Panama Geisha. The beans are processed naturally with 8 hours of aerobic fermentation followed by 24 days of sun-drying on African beds. The coffee features floral aromatics with flavor notes of mango, white peach, and orange with vibrant citrus characteristics.
