This single-origin coffee from Ethiopia’s Gogogu washing station (Uraga, Guji, Oromia) is processed naturally from ripe red cherries delivered by smallholder farmers. Grown at approximately 2156 m elevation and composed of heirloom varieties, it undergoes extended natural fermentation and careful sun-drying. Cup notes highlight Blueberry, Dried Apricot and Nutty characteristics with a filter roast profile suited to clarity and sweetness.
