A naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeb Gotiti village, sourced from smallholder farmers delivering cherries to METAD's washing station in Halo Beriti and Udeye. Grown at 1950–2000 meters altitude. Certified organic. The coffee is dried in the fruit on raised drying beds. It offers a delicate and juicy cup with a soft, fine body, great sweetness, and floral characters. Clear notes of strawberry, vanilla, and white chocolate.
