This single-origin coffee is from Buku Abel Washing Station in Hambela, Guji, Ethiopia, grown at 1,900–2,100 MASL and sourced from about 500 smallholder farmers cultivating native heirloom varieties. It is processed using the traditional washed method (pulped, fermented, washed, and dried on raised African beds). The cup is clean and vibrant with high acidity and floral-fruity complexity, tasting of green apple, lemon, and lychee; roast profile: filter/light.
