A washed coffee from the Goro Bedessa Woreda in Hambela Wamena, Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,100 meters above sea level. Produced by smallholder farmers of the Guji Oromo community, with processing overseen by Ismael Hassen of Kayon Mountain Coffee. The variety is Heirloom. The flavor profile features aromatic citrus notes, sweetness reminiscent of sugar syrup, dark honey, lightly caramelized sugar, and delicate floral hints of jasmine.
