About This Coffee

A naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Guduva Washing Station, located in Sakicha Kebele, geographically classified under Guji at 1,950–2,300 masl. The station sits on a mountain slope close to Gedeb. Varieties planted are JARC improved selections 74110 and 74112. The cup profile is floral and fruit-forward with notes of coffee blossom, blueberry jam, plum, stone fruit, and bergamot/Earl Grey tea. Medium-bodied with a juicy, round mouthfeel and a tea-like finish. Scored 86/100 in internal cupping.
