This coffee originates from the Shakiso area in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at altitudes up to 2300 meters above sea level. Cultivated on volcanic soils in the shade of acacia trees by local families, the coffee features Heirloom variety beans. The cherries are hand-selected and naturally processed on African drying beds for 12-20 days. The flavor profile includes notes of strawberry jam, papaya, and grape, with intense sweetness and fruity character.
