A single-origin natural-processed coffee from Shakiso in the Guji zone of Oromia, Ethiopia (approx. 1980 m). Sourced from Oromia smallholders—heirloom varieties—and dried on raised beds with careful moisture control. Dark roast with concentrated fruit sweetness and syrupy body, showing blueberry, blackberry, grape and honey notes with lingering blackcurrant-like sweetness.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
