This natural processed coffee is produced at the Gutiti Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, managed by SNAP Specialty Coffee. Approximately 600 smallholder farmers from the surrounding area deliver cherry to this station, each farming 2-3 hectares at 2,200 meters altitude. The cherries are water-sorted to remove floaters, then sun-dried on raised beds covered in burlap for 14-20 days with frequent turning for even drying. This lot consists of the Kurume variety.
