A natural-processed single-origin coffee from Birhanu Dido Awacho, a farmer in Halo Hartumie village, Gedeb, Gedeo region, Ethiopia, grown at 2100–2200 masl. The variety is 74112, cultivated on 4 hectares using organic farming methods. This lot achieved 19th place at the 2021 Cup of Excellence. The cup features bright acidity of melon and apricot, deep dark cherry acidity, caramel body sweetness, and a floral rosehip aroma. When cooled, it develops citrusy orange and Assam tea notes reminiscent of lemon tea.
