This coffee is from the Halo Beriti washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It is a fully-washed coffee collected from approximately 520 small-holder farmers growing coffee at altitudes between 1900 and 2150 meters in the Ethiopian highlands. The coffee presents a silky and bright cup with sparkling, punchy acidity. Tasting notes include cranberry, black tea, jasmine, orange juice, and florals.
